"Where do I start.
- originally they gave me a wrong policy. After calling, emailing and showing up in thought we had it straightened out but nope they still had it wrong. I got a different representative and seemed to be smoother for that policy.
- asked for a quote on lawn mower. Received one version and it was impressioned this was the only option. When I accept the policy they charged me as quoted but billed me an additional amount. Emails later I get an answer on why. Turns out there were other options!
- asked for a home quote and was given one. They were higher price but the offset of my vehicle would make it a wash. Well.... guess what I also got! An additional bill.
5 stars and 368 rating is 100% fake reviews. I continued to give them chances due to 5 star rating."
