"Week ago tried getting new home insurance and someone named Evan transferred me to Victoria and she didn’t ask me what I needed but just said okay I’ll send over quotes to email. I didn’t get an email I looked in all my inboxes, she didn’t give me more than two minutes, she didn’t ask me what I needed. Customer service and attention to detail is horrible"

We do see we have quoted you in the multiple times in the past as well as received new information while on the phone with you about your house. Unfortunately, due to the high number of claims due to the recent large hailstorm it is taking a few more days than normal for us to get quotes to people.
